About MeHello, my name is Cassandra!
I'm 11 years old and I love netball and cross-country. I've always had a mild allergy to pollen, dander and irritants ever since I can remember. My allergy can make me cough, have itchy eyes, have a runny or blocked nose and make me sneeze. I have to stay away from pollen, dander and irritants such as fumes and dust or else I can have a reaction. |

Dealing With My Allergy
Every day I have to be careful of my allergy and stay alert.
I have to use my brain and make sure I don’t go anywhere were there would be a lot of things that could make me sick.
I always carry antihistamines in case I can't avoid getting sick so I can make my allergies go away.
Hay fever can be brought on by a number of different things that depend on the person, such as:
Pollen
Flowers
Grass
Trees
Weeds
Cigarette smoke
Car exhaust
Pet dander
